Terms & Conditions — WatchMeWin Academy

Last updated: 15 October 2025

1) Who we are

WatchMeWin Academy is operated by WMW UNITED LTD (trading as “WatchMeWin Academy”).
Company number: 16724943
Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, England
Email: contact@watchmewin.co.uk
Website: https://watchmewinacademy.com (the “Site”)

2) What these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of our digital training products (including PDFs, workbooks, templates, videos, audio, and related materials) (collectively, “Courses” or “Digital Content”), and your use of the Site. By purchasing or accessing any Course, you agree to these Terms.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

4) Accounts and security

You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse or breach.

5) Course descriptions and outcomes

We aim to describe Courses accurately; minor non-material updates (formatting, examples) may occur. Course outcomes depend on your application of the material; we do not guarantee results, earnings, or success.

6) Pricing, taxes, and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time (not affecting accepted orders).

  • Taxes: VAT or other sales taxes may apply depending on your billing location and applicable law and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is due in full at purchase via our third-party payment providers (e.g., card and/or Pay-by-Bank/open banking). You must use a valid method and ensure sufficient funds.

7) Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email an order confirmation and/or make the Digital Content available for download/access. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payment.

8) Delivery of digital content

Delivery is by instant download and/or online access once payment is successful. We provide a download link on the confirmation page and/or via email. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact contact@watchmewin.co.uk.

9) Consumer right to cancel (UK/EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK/EU:

  • You generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after purchase.

  • However, for digital content, you lose the right to cancel once download/streaming starts with your express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose the right to cancel.

  • We obtain this consent/acknowledgement at checkout (e.g., tick box). If you do not consent to immediate access, you may wait 14 days before accessing and cancel within that period for a full refund.

10) Refund policy (outside statutory cancellation)

Outside the statutory cooling-off rules, all sales of digital content are final due to the nature of downloadable materials. If technical issues prevent access, we will assist with re-download or alternative access. This does not affect your legal rights.

11) Licence and intellectual property

All Courses and materials are protected by copyright and related rights owned by WMW UNITED LTD or our licensors. On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download/access and use the Course for your own internal, non-commercial use.
You must not: share, resell, sub-licence, publish, upload to file-sharing sites, distribute to clients/students, or create derivative works for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

12) Acceptable use

Do not use the Site or Courses to: infringe rights; upload malware; harass or defame; engage in unlawful conduct; circumvent security; or overload/automate scraping. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse.

13) Updates and access period

We may update Courses to maintain accuracy or quality. Where reasonably possible, we’ll provide continued access to the updated version under your licence. We do not guarantee perpetual availability and may discontinue or replace content of equivalent value if needed (e.g., legal/technical changes).

14) Third-party tools and links

Courses may reference third-party tools or sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or performance. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms.

15) Promotions and coupons

Promotions/coupons are subject to stated conditions (expiry, usage limits, eligibility) and may be withdrawn per their terms. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

16) Business customers (B2B)

If you purchase for business purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • All implied warranties and conditions are excluded.

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim.

17) Consumers (B2C)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud). For consumers, we remain responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under applicable consumer law.

18) Data protection and privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on the Site (see https://watchmewinacademy.com/privacy). By using the Site, you agree to that policy.
